Sarah Palin Moves to Disqualify Judge in Defamation Case

Earlier this week, Sarah Palin asked Judge Jed Rakoff to disqualify himself from a defamation case she brought against the New York Times, after he allegedly "contaminated" the jury pool in Palin's case when he announced that he would dismiss her case before the jury had reached a verdict, according to a court filing.
